2. Gaming Terms and Conditions

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in gaming activities.

Valid Identification: Government-issued photo ID is required for all gaming activities.

Gaming Limits: We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits on all games.

House Rules: All gaming is subject to our house rules, which are available at gaming tables and upon request.

Disputes: Gaming disputes will be resolved according to Norwegian gaming regulations and our internal procedures.

Self-Exclusion: We support responsible gaming and offer self-exclusion programs upon request.

3. Hotel Terms

Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is 15:00, check-out is 12:00.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid charges.

Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.

Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00 to ensure all guests can enjoy their stay.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms and most public areas.

4. Code of Conduct

All guests and visitors are expected to maintain appropriate behavior. The following are prohibited:

  • Disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behavior
  • Use of inappropriate language or conduct
  • Intoxication that impairs judgment or behavior
  • Cheating or attempting to manipulate games
  • Photography in gaming areas without permission
  • Wearing inappropriate attire (dress code applies)

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals who violate these standards.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash in Norwegian Kroner.

Currency: All prices are quoted in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) unless otherwise specified.

Taxes: All applicable Norwegian taxes and fees are included in quoted prices.

Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our specific refund policies for each service.

Gaming Credits: Gaming credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CCTV Monitoring: Our premises are monitored by security cameras for safety and security purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Royal Crown Casino Hotel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Personal property left on premises

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our premises and website are owned by Royal Crown Casino Hotel or our licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our content
  • Reverse engineer any of our systems or processes

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for:

  • Disruptive behavior affecting other guests
